We are not a traditional tech-driven team — and that's precisely why we deeply value and seek top academic talent who can think from first principles, break out of conventional technical frameworks, and co-define the future with us.

To systematically pursue this mission, we have formally established the "AI Frontier Exploration Group." This core unit is led directly by the founders, and its members are the PhD management trainees we are recruiting. Here, there are no rigid constraints — your role is to imagine, validate, and pioneer new AI directions from scratch, alongside the founders.

The Role

As an "AI Future Scientist," you are not merely a researcher or engineer — you will be the founder's "thought partner" and "co-explorer" on the AI frontier.

You will join the company's most critical unit as a founding member of the "AI Frontier Exploration Group." We believe breakthrough inspiration is not bound by location or fixed hours. We don't watch the 8-hour clock — we care about exceptional thinking and output. The only requirement: stay in tight intellectual sync and deep communication with the CEO and the group.

What You'll Do

Core Member of the "AI Frontier Exploration Group"

• Research the latest AI advances with the founding team, analyzing technical feasibility and commercial potential
• Engage in deep debate and co-creation within the group to shape the company's mid-to-long-term technology roadmap

0-to-1 Prototype Validation

• Rapidly conduct theoretical derivation, algorithm selection, and design for new directions identified by the group
• Build research prototypes hands-on to validate the feasibility of ideas through experiments

Interdisciplinary Collision

• Deeply integrate your domain expertise with the founders' industry insight within the group
• Find breakthrough points where AI can empower other disciplines

Technology Strategy Output

• Transform the exploration group's research into clear technical reports, patents, or academic papers
• Provide critical technical evidence for the company's productization decisions

Stay Closely Connected

• Maintain high-frequency, high-quality interaction with the CEO and group through regular video calls and async collaboration tools
• Ensure intellectual alignment and rapid iteration of research directions

What We're Looking For

Education

• Recently completed (or soon completing) a PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields

Research Ability

• Publications at top conferences/journals (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, etc.) preferred
• Strong theoretical foundation and innovation mindset

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Python with mastery of at least one major deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Extensive experience in algorithm implementation and experimentation

Mindset

• Curiosity-driven: Passionate about the unknown, enjoys exploring from zero

Nice to Have

• Interdisciplinary research experience
• Strong interest and ideas about technology commercialization
• Notable contributions to open-source projects or achievements in Kaggle competitions
